For an enquiry, we collect your name, company, company email address, phone number, enquiry type, message and the time you submitted it. For a newsletter signup, we collect your email address and signup time. Our hosting provider may also process technical information needed to serve and secure the site.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to review and respond to your request and to categorise it for the general, investor or sales team. We use newsletter addresses to maintain a subscription list for occasional updates. We do not use enquiry details to add you to the newsletter without a separate signup.

Company email requirement

The enquiry form accepts company email addresses and rejects common personal email providers. This check is intended to keep business enquiries relevant; it cannot verify your relationship with a company.

Sharing and storage

Enquiries and newsletter signups are saved as private files in the website hosting account, outside the public web folder. Enquiry details are emailed to the selected Xcene team inbox, and newsletter signups are emailed to the general inbox. Authorised hosting administrators and the email provider may process this information. We do not publish submissions. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect the site and its users.

Retention and choices

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal obligations.
